New Delhi: Hasin Jahan, ex-wife of Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami, has now moved the Supreme Court. Hasin Jahan has filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the criminal case registered against Shami has been pending for the last four years. He has alleged that the extra-marital affairs of the Indian cricketer are still going on.

Hasin Jahan first accused Shami and his family members of domestic violence and sexual harassment in 2018. He had registered a case against Shami and his family at the Jadavpur police station. Shami, however, rejected all the allegations leveled against him outright. Shami is currently playing for Gujarat Titans in IPL-2023 and is rocking with his balls.

Hasin Jahan has alleged in the latest petition that the Sessions Court of Kolkata had imposed a stay on taking action against Shami. He said that Shami does not even give money for the case. In her petition, Hasin Jahan has said that Shami used to demand dowry from her. He has said that Shami keeps extra material while touring with Team India and while living with the Indian team.

Hasin Jahan has alleged that Shami used to debauchery while using the second number on the BCCI tour. He said that his phone was also seized by the police of Kolkata’s Lal Bazar. But still Shami’s debauchery continues.

not happy about it

Hasin Jahan is not happy even with the alimony amount that the court had asked Shami to give to Hasin Jahan. Hasin Jahan had demanded Rs 10 lakh per month from Shami. Hasin Jahan demanded Rs 7 lakh for her personal expenses and Rs 3 lakh for her daughter’s expenses. Hasin Jahan had also accused Shami of match-fixing and then the Committee of Administrators (CoA) running the BCCI investigated it, in which Shami was found innocent. Shami has consistently denied the allegations leveled against him.
