Sachin Tendulkar has filed a police case against those who used his name in a fake advertisement (PC: ANI)
New Delhi.Sachin Tendulkar’s name, his photo and voice are being misused. As soon as the news of this came, the great batsman got angry and he has registered a case of fraud by the Mumbai Police. Sachin said in his complaint that his name, photo and voice are being misused in some misleading advertisements.
Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police has registered a case against unknown people under sections 420, 465 and 500 of IPC. In the complaint, Sachin alleged that people are being misled to buy the product by using his name.

Appeal to be alert
SRT Sports Management issued a statement saying that it has been observed that they are selling their products by misusing Sachin Tendulkar’s name. Who is not associated with them. The management team has appealed to the people to be alert while making purchases.

misuse of image
It is reported that in the past, after seeing an advertisement of an oil company on social media, a case of misleading advertisement came to the fore. Tendulkar’s picture was used in the advertisement of the oil company and it was also written that the product has been recommended by the legendary Indian cricketer Sachin himself. This is not the first case, when his photo was falsified. Last year, a big casino in Goa also misused his photo on social media.
